ICU Registrar - Private Hospital
This modern private hospital has a 9 bed critical care unit, acute care surgical and medical facilities with state of the art technology and services. This hospital had a multi-million dollar redevelopment recently which increased the physical size of the hospital and added services and specialties, including new Medical Unit, Day Oncology Unit, new Cardiac Investigations Unit, Medical Consulting Suites and Specialist Centres. The theatre unit, three medical and surgical units have also undergone refurbishment and facility upgrades in recent times.
Working in the ICU you have the benefit of a 7 day on, 7 day off roster. If you are wanting time to travel, study, pursue other interests, spend time with family, whatever you want from your out of work passions, this role really offers something unique at this level that you cannot get elsewhere.
The salary package is in the $180,000 range, paid as an hourly rate. This role offers another benefit of the choice of living locally in the gorgeous location, or a fly in fly out option. Dr’s wishing to fly in and out, will have accommodation provided for each 7 day block.

It is mandatory that applicants have a minimum level of ICU experience at Registrar level of 12 months. Preference will be given to Registrars whom have gained this experience working in Australia, New Zealand or the UK. Applicants must hold current unrestricted registration with AHPRA or be eligible for General Registration.
